Since gas prices are back down below $3.00/gallon we splurged this Sunday and took a drive around the surrounding area. This is a picture of a road that is supposedly one of the roads that Abraham Lincoln traveled on to get to the Lincoln-Douglas debates way back when. It was a really pretty stretch of road, and although it doesn't look like the leaves are actually going to change before they fall from the trees here this year, it was still a nice fall afternoon and we enjoyed being able to take a break from all the stress and be able to enjoy the simple things in life.Tuesday, October 21, 2008
Sunday Drive
